DLNA INFORMATION
DLNA :- Digital Living Network Alliance.
DLNA enabled devices allow to enjoy distributed content anywhere in the home withou requiring user Configuration. However, currently DLNA usage is restricted to the home domain. The solution proposed in this paper expands DLNA usage to IP Television services provided by Telco Operators. User experience is enhanced because all content, no matter whether it is an IP Television provided TV channel or a Video on demand, or a content residing in the home, is integrated into a signle application and can be accessed from any DLNA device.
DLNA refers to both an organization and the technology they created.
The DLNA standard is used for sharing Music, Photos and Video over an existing home network. For example, by using DLNA you could stream video from your phone to compatible TV-set using a Wi-Fi network.
